1. Non-Refundable Registration Fees

• Registration Fee Policy: Once paid, registration fees for any events, courses, memberships, or other SCCN offerings are non-refundable. We encourage all participants to thoroughly review event details, schedules, and eligibility criteria before completing the registration process.
• No Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted once the registration process is completed. By registering for any SCCN programs or events, participants agree to the non-refundable, non-cancellable nature of their payment.

2. Event Changes or Cancellations by SCCN

• Event Changes: SCCN reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, or location if necessary. In the case of significant changes, participants will be notified promptly, and alternatives may be provided where possible.
• Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that SCCN cancels a program, course, or event, we will provide appropriate information regarding rescheduling or alternative participation options. Refunds will not be provided except at SCCN’s discretion, primarily if no alternative is available.

3. Technical Issues or Errors

• If you encounter any issues or errors during registration or payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, any duplicate payments or incorrect charges may be reviewed individually, with partial refunds considered solely at SCCN’s discretion.
